Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Recruitment is pleased to represent a prestigious hotel seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead their entire food and beverage operation within their upscale Brasserie restaurant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring impeccable standards and service quality that reflect the premium Brasserie experience. The role involves working up to five days per week, including weekends and holiday periods, offering a minimum of 35 hours weekly.

The Brasserie offers an elevated dining experience for both hotel guests and local patrons, requiring a manager who appreciates the subtleties of fine dining while maintaining the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of a modern Brasserie. Additionally, you will oversee multiple on-site food outlets, as well as large functions and weddings, ensuring consistent excellence throughout.

  • Train and develop the Food & Beverage team to meet Brasserie standards
  • Maintain impeccable service standards and presentation
  • Curate wine selections, provide pairing recommendations, and educate staff
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and professionally manage feedback
  • Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with hotel management and kitchen teams
