The role

As Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of this popular venue, playing a pivotal role in leading and developing a talented front-of-house team. Working closely with the wider management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the very highest standards of service and guest satisfaction consistently delighting customers on every visit.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and inspire the team, recognising and realising individual potential through effective motivation and coaching
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest experience and service excellence are upheld at all times
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive continuous improvement across all areas of operation
  • Champion new ideas and bring innovation to the venue's offering and guest journey

What we're looking for

  • A proven background in hospitality management, with experience leading a team in a high-volume, guest-focused environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to genuinely inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with the confidence to work across a variety of operational settings
  • A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach with a thorough understanding of front-of-house operations
