Trainee Executive Recruitment Consultant

What you’ll be doing
- Researching markets and identifying senior talent
- Building relationships with high-level candidates and clients
- Managing candidate processes from first conversation to placement
- Supporting executive search campaigns across a range of industries
- Meeting clients and candidates in professional environments

- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people

- Professional and able to engage credibly with senior individuals

Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is helpful, but not essential.
