Strength and Conditioning Coach (part time)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Strength and Conditioning coach to support the physical development of male and female cricketers within the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] County Age Group set-up.

- Other coaching staff
Role Profile and Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement weekly strength and conditioning sessions for designated male and female county age group (CAG) players.
- Work in collaboration with the Lead and Assistant Strength and Conditioning coaches to develop effective training programs that align with the needs of CAG players.
- Conduct regular physical testing and profiling of CAG players to assess their progress and address individual needs.
- Provide guidance and support to help players improve their physical fitness, prevent injuries, and enhance their performance on the cricket field.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in strength and conditioning, sports science, and coaching methodologies.
