Pricing Manager

This hybrid role in London offers a salary of £70-80k and involves managing a team, using GLMs, Emblem, Radar, and programming languages like SQL, R, and Python to drive commercial value.

Job Introduction

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for an experienced pricing expert to manage street pricing and support the insurance strategy. You will lead a team of 3 and work closely with the Head of Pricing & Projects.

Role Responsibility

  • Managing trading performance to meet revenue and policy volume targets.
  • Supporting the Head of Pricing & Projects in shaping strategy and pricing policies.
  • Using data to identify opportunities for commercial value.
  • Modelling and interpreting business data to identify market trends.
  • Providing subject matter expert support across the business.
  • Representing the pricing department in change programmes.
  • Developing pricing models using Emblem, Radar, and other tools.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and pricing fairness rules.

The Ideal Candidate

Personal lines experience in Motor, Home, Travel, or Private Medical. Expertise in GLMs, pricing software (Emblem, Radar), SQL, R, Python, and strong communication and management skills.
