About our Team

Our Digital Workplace team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is dedicated to creating a seamless, intuitive, and empowering technology experience for every colleague. You’ll work closely with Productivity Technical Specialists, IT Hardware & AV Technicians, and Digital Workplace Specialists, as well as Cloud, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

Could you become our next Application Support Specialist? Are you?

  • Experienced in application or systems support within an IT or digital workplace environment
  • Confident working with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (Modern)
  • Familiar with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rovo)
  • Experienced in using logs, telemetry, analytics, or SQL to diagnose issues
  • Delivers excellent customer service to technical and non-technical users
  • Familiar with ITIL-aligned environment or ITSM platform
  • Proactive and curious about automation and AI-assisted tools

Your New Role

  • Provide timely, customer-focused support for business-critical applications
  • Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end, meeting SLAs
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for application-related queries
  • Support and optimise modern collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Jira, Confluence)
  • Help users adopt new features and ways of working
  • Build knowledge of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in-house and line-of-business applications
  • Investigate and resolve application issues using diagnostic tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues
