Who You Are

  • Experience producing Transport Notes, Statements and Assessments, Travel Plans
  • Understanding of relevant local and national transport policy and guidance
  • Good organisation, communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • 5+ years’ experience working in private consultancy development planning across multiple sectors
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and application of relevant design standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Competent user of junction capacity modelling software (TRL Junctions, LinSig/Quickgreen) and other industry software (TRICS, TEMPro)
  • Competent user of a GIS software package (preferably QGIS or Podaris)
  • Assist with running/managing projects, including staff resourcing, project deliverables, project financials, liaising with clients
  • Aspiration to assist in growth of the Nottingham Transport Planning Team
