The vacancy

About the Role
This is a 3 year contract and as the Network Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Southeast VALOUR Network — a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary programme designed to provide high‑quality, employment‑led support to those who have served and their families.
You will oversee the VALOUR Recognised Centre in Aylesford and its spoke hubs as well as being responsible for liaising with other VALOUR recognised centres in the region ensuring each site delivers consistent, impactful, and person‑centred support. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Lead
- The strategic and operational delivery of the Southeast VALOUR Network
- A multi‑disciplinary team providing employment, wellbeing, and community support
- High‑quality service standards across the Aylesford centre and spoke hubs
- Strong partnerships with employers, charities, local authorities, and Armed Forces organisations
- Continuous improvement, ensuring services remain responsive, inclusive, and evidence‑led
