Why This Role Matters
We're growing fast, and our production team is at the heart of that momentum. As a Manufacturing Operative – Signs, you'll be hands‑on in creating high‑quality signage while supporting a wide range of tasks across the factory floor. Your contribution directly strengthens our output, our capability, and our impact.
You'll work within a diverse, supportive team led by our Operations Manager, with structured training delivered both on the job and in our dedicated training room. Whether you're experienced or brand new to manufacturing, we'll help you build the skills you need to thrive.
What You'll Do
- Produce signs and products to a consistently high standard
- Support a variety of operational tasks across the factory floor
- Follow clear processes to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency
- Keep your workspace organised and contribute to a safe environment
- Collaborate with teammates to meet production targets
- Share your knowledge by mentoring less experienced colleagues when needed
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who has experience in sign manufacturing and is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to get stuck in. You should have a positive attitude and a willingness to further develop your skills.
