This post is based at Windsor Dialysis, 1 Maidenhead Road, Old Ambulance Station, Windsor, SL4 5EY - and attracts a Fringe payment of 5% of gross basic salary. An exciting opportunity for a Renal Patient Transport Driver (Band 2) has come up to work in the Windsor Haemodialysis Unit, a 24 bedded satellite unit of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. The post involves driving vehicles to transport users safely to and from their residence, following predetermined schedules. The unit is open Monday to Saturday with no night duty and shifts from 06:00 to 12:30 midnight. Informal visits recommended.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a motivated individual to transport patients safely and professionally. Previous driving experience essential. Candidate will undertake Trust induction and mandatory driver training, driving all types of vehicles to required standards, ensuring patient comfort, and adhering to Road Traffic Act and DVLA regulations.
