Deputy Chief Finance Officer

Person specification
Qualifications (Essential):
- Masters degree (or equivalent) or equivalent level of experience.
- Completion of a CCAB/CIMA recognised accountancy qualification with significant PQE experience.
- Evidence of ongoing professional and leadership development.
Experience (Essential):
- Extensive knowledge of all elements of financial management and control in the NHS.
- Experience working across more than one financial function.
- Senior leadership experience at a strategic level in a large complex organisation.
- Able to lead transformation and change management.
- Collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to juggle shifting priorities.
