Main duties, tasks & skills required

Person specification

Qualifications (Essential):

• Masters degree (or equivalent) or equivalent level of experience.
• Completion of a CCAB/CIMA recognised accountancy qualification with significant PQE experience.
• Evidence of ongoing professional and leadership development.

Experience (Essential):

• Extensive knowledge of all elements of financial management and control in the NHS.
• Experience working across more than one financial function.
• Senior leadership experience at a strategic level in a large complex organisation.
• Able to lead transformation and change management.
• Collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to juggle shifting priorities.
