Parish Office Administrator

The vibrant and growing Catholic parish of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a dynamic and organised business professional to become the next Parish Office Administrator. This role is becoming available due to the relocation of the current employee’s family and is an excellent opportunity to gain new skills across the areas of communications, marketing, finance, IT, HR and safeguarding whilst being able to negotiate your own hours.

Location: Wandsworth, London (On-site)
Hours: Flexible, Part-Time 17 Hours per week @ £16/hour

Requirements

  • Command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Penchant for creativity
  • Proven track record of efficiently managing competing priorities and projects
  • Good understanding of the working of a Roman Catholic Parish
  • Willingness to learn new online platforms and systems with training and support from the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
