ICT Team Administrator

Location: Bowen House, SE1 & Vaughan House, SW1P (London)

Contract Type: Permanent, Office Based

Hours and Salary: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. £23,000-£25,000 per annum

Job Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an ICT Team Administrator. The primary purpose of the ICT Team Administrator role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the ICT department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the team. This includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating team schedules and meetings, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The ICT Team Administrator will serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the procurement and management of ICT resources, such as hardware, software, and licenses, and contributing to the implementation of departmental policies and procedures. Overall, the ICT Team Administrator plays a vital role in enabling the ICT team to function effectively and contribute to the organization's technological objectives.
