Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues across field and office teams, ensuring timely, consistent, and fair resolution
- Coach managers through performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, EEOC, OSHA, wage/hour, etc.), with strong focus on multi-state field operations
- Maintain and audit personnel files, I-9s, and required documentation to ensure audit readiness
- Lead and document internal investigations related to harassment, discrimination, safety incidents, and policy violations
- Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and provide clear, objective findings with recommended actions
- Ensure consistency and legal defensibility in all investigation outcomes and documentation
- Train and coach General Managers and Sales Managers on core HR fundamentals (performance management, documentation, interviewing, terminations)
- Provide practical, real-time guidance to managers to improve decision-making and leadership effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees across all levels and functions of the organization.
- Proven experience in human resources or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with workforce management tools and software
- Understanding of State and Federal regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in research data collection methods for HR analytics is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong customer centric mindset with attitude to serve our internal and external customers.

Salary Description
$60,000 - $70,000
