Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Person, to join our Branch Warehouse to support the picking & packing off customer orders, supporting on cycle counts, booking goods in and loading vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy,
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods,
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in both warehouse,
  • Assist in conducting cycle counts, Returns & logging supplier discrepancy,
  • Communicate effectively with management & team members,
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks in the warehouse.

What we are looking for..

  • EXPERIENCE: Strong warehouse experience, including safe manual handling, picking, packing, goods-in and goods-out, loading/unloading trailers, palletising, basic stock replenishment and use of warehouse equipment (pump trucks, pallet jacks). Comfortable working to tight SLAs and shift patterns in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • COMMUNICATION: Clear communicator with experience liaising with supervisors, drivers, hauliers and cross-functional teams; confident in reporting issues, escalating problems, giving and receiving instructions.
  • ADAPTABILITY: have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs
