Senior Growth Product Manager

Remote | Full-Time | UK or Spain

We're looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager who thrives in a high-trust, collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a key product area from discovery through delivery, working closely with Sales, Design, and Engineering.

What you'll do

  • Drive business impact: Define clear, quantified success metrics and leading indicators before building, and ensure your work drives measurable progress on adoption, engagement, retention, and renewal signals.
  • Own your product area: Define a quarterly roadmap based on insight and strategy, prioritizing work that aligns to real customer needs and clear business goals.
  • Lead discovery with Sales and customers: Actively engage to uncover pain points and validate what’s worth solving.
  • Use data to guide decisions: Define success metrics upfront and use quantitative and qualitative signals to improve.
  • Partner across disciplines: Work with Design and Engineering to deliver value quickly and iteratively.
  • Lead a high-performing Scrum team: Use agile ceremonies to keep the team aligned and moving fast.
  • Communicate and influence: Articulate the “why” behind your roadmap, align stakeholders, and educate the org on impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Skilled in discovery, user research, and engaging with Sales
  • Strong grasp of agile product development
  • Experience building and owning a roadmap that drives measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to define leading indicators and run experiments
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to make high-quality decisions under uncertainty
  • Track record of delivering reliably with strong ownership
  • Experience with building AI products

Other Info + Hiring Process

This role reports to the Chief Product Officer. Fully remote within UK business hours. Occasional travel to Cambridgeshire or Barcelona may be required. Hiring process: Resume Screening → HR Screen (30 min) → Interview with Product Team (45 min) → Product Case / Working Session (1 hr) → Culture Fit Interview (1 hr).
