Role Overview
The Performance Marketing team is at the heart of subscriber growth. Paid social is already a strong-performing channel, with substantial opportunities ahead. Marketing spend is scaling, OEM partnerships with major global brands are creating new campaign demands, and the business is preparing for US expansion. This role involves taking ownership of paid social strategy and execution across Meta, scaling full-funnel activity, running structured creative testing, and briefing the creative agency.
What You’ll Do
- Own paid social end-to-end: strategy, creative direction, execution, and performance, primarily across Meta
- Launch and manage paid social campaigns for OEM partnerships, building repeatable playbooks
- Brief our creative agency, run structured testing sprints, and iterate quickly
- Build and run a rigorous testing engine covering creative, audience, messaging, and funnel mechanics
- Refine mid-funnel measurement framework alongside the marketing team
- Work cross-functionally with brand, organic social, influencer, product, and commercial stakeholders
- Contribute paid social recommendations for market expansion
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows
- Report performance to senior stakeholders
You’ll Succeed With
- 3-5 years in paid social, managing annual budgets of £500k+
- Track record of improving CAC or ROAS
- Background in B2C financial products, high value products, or products involving credit decisioning
- Strong hands-on skills across Meta Ads, GA4, and analytics tools like Looker or Tableau
- Experience briefing and managing creative agencies
- Ability to balance creative instinct with analytical rigour
- Real examples of using AI to improve marketing workflows
- Strong cross-functional communication
