Role Overview

As a Tier 2 Support Engineer, you handle complex, high-impact issues including HRIS integration failures and data pipeline behaviour across GCP. You use runbooks, work with Engineering, and feed insights back into documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Escalation Management: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Technical Liaison: Coordinate with Engineering via Linear.
• Trend and Root Cause Analysis: Identify recurring systemic issues.
• Documentation and Enablement: Own the Knowledge Base.
• Customer Onboarding Support: Ensure data quality for HRIS integrations.
• Product Advocacy: Voice of the customer in product discussions.

Technical Skills and Expertise

• Data and Debugging: SQL, GCP Cloud Logging, Datadog.
• Development: Python or JavaScript.
• APIs and Integrations: REST APIs, webhooks, HRIS/ATS integrations.
• Infrastructure: GCP and Datadog.
• Tooling: Linear, DevCycle, Slack, Notion.

• £41,000 - £57,000
