Compensation: £45K – £55K + Equity

The Role

As the Revenue Operations Analyst at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will support and scale [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s revenue engine across sales, marketing, and customer success. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead high-impact RevOps projects that unlock pipeline, improve conversion, and reduce churn.
  • Turn data into practical workflows for the commercial team.
  • Own projects end-to-end from scoping to rollout.
  • Maintain revenue infrastructure including scoring, enrichment, and key workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to support revenue activities.
  • Optimize RevOps stack: HubSpot, Clay, Cognism, Claude, Looker.
  • Build dashboards and reporting for commercial team visibility.

Requirements

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 1-4 years experience in revenue operations or B2B SaaS operations.
  • Strong HubSpot proficiency and hands-on experience with modern revenue stack.
  • Appetite for learning new tools and AI.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities between strategic and operational work.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
