Senior Policy Officer

We are hiring a Senior Policy Officer to lead UK-wide policy work at a pivotal moment for nature recovery. This is a strategic, evidence-led role for someone who can turn science into policy positions and influence real-world reform.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to work with policymakers, regulators, and partners, with strong policy, advocacy or public affairs experience, a good understanding of UK governance, and the confidence to influence reform. This role involves leading policy work across Westminster and the devolved administrations to protect, conserve and restore seagrass at scale.
