Sustainability Programme Coordinator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] UK is seeking a Sustainability Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of ESG and environmental targets across the UK. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working based in Huntingdon, Castleford, Manchester, Newbury or Chasetown.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a day-to-day support on sustainability topics for UK teams
  • Coordinate and track sustainability and emissions reduction plans
  • Liaise with senior sponsors and management to progress ESG initiatives
  • Support customer-facing teams with sustainability communications
  • Build relationships with regional teams to improve performance and capability
  • Support or lead sustainability forums, communications and idea-sharing
  • Gather and report sustainability performance data for UK and Group submissions

About You

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management or a related field
  • Knowledge of emissions reporting and reduction planning
  • Up-to-date knowledge of sustainability best practice

Desirable:

  • Experience using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
  • Training or facilitation experience
