What is the role?

As a Database Administrator, you'll work closely with teams across the business to keep our Practice Management System running smoothly and up to date. You'll take ownership of the data within the system, making improvements that help colleagues work more effectively and support our marketing activity.

What will I be doing?

  • Reviewing and updating the Customer Relationship Management data, held within our Marketing and Practice Management Systems.
  • Ensuring the data meets business needs, focusing on improving efficiencies and data integrity.
  • Maintaining data accuracy, integrity and compliance.
  • Conducting regular data audits to identify and rectify data quality issues.
  • Assisting with data cleansing and the integration of new portfolios.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What experience do I need?

  • Previous administration experience in a professional office environment with experience of CRM systems (minimum criteria).
  • Strong data quality and data management skills (minimum criteria).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active approach.
  • Happy to travel to all office locations as and when required.
  • Good IT skills.
