[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is seeking a Home Care Assistant for the Bradford and Leeds areas. Full Time or Part Time Roles Available. Competitive Pay Rate + Mileage Allowances.

Locations of Work: We currently have opportunities for Driving Routes in the Baildon and surrounding area offered on a Full or Part Time basis.
Hours of Work: We offer shifts on a rotating 2-week cycle, all applicants must be flexible to work alternate weekends OR 1 day every weekend. Shift options are: Mornings & Lunch 07.00 – 14.00, Teas & Evenings 16.00 – 22.00, Full Days 07.00 – 14.00 and 16.00 – 22.00.
Duties
- Assist Clients with personal care: getting up, washed and dressed, getting ready for bed, baths and showers, going to the toilet, hair and nail care, make-up, shaving, oral care.
- Support with medication, catheter care, meal preparation, eating and drinking.
- Help with daily activities: companionship, social activities, crafts, reading, writing, shopping, collecting prescriptions, pensions and benefits, paying bills, laundry, ironing, light housework.
- Work in accordance with policies and procedures of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and comply with legal requirements (e.g., CQC, Health & Safety).
- Ensure care tasks are performed and report concerns to Managers/Supervisors.
- Build relationships of trust with colleagues, clients, and families.
- Maintain a safe working environment and complete records using the Mobile Phone Care Planner app.
- Commit to learning and development.

- Attend ongoing training (online modules, practical equipment).

- Accurately report concerns following company policy.
- Ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS certificate (must hold or obtain).
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
- Home care experience: 1 year (preferred).
- English language (required).
- Driving Licence (required).
