About us

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Limited (PML) was established in late 2003 as a not-for-profit healthcare federation. Originally created to bring General Practices together in delivering at-scale healthcare solutions for UK National Health Service (NHS) patients, we have since grown to include our own extensive range of nationally-recognised Community Services and wholly-owned and operated General Practices.

Today [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] employs more than 270 staff, comprising both clinical and non-clinical experts, all dedicated to delivering the very best care for our patients across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. As a General Practice Federation with more than 60 members, we work hard for the benefit of our patient communities, our member practices, and of course, the NHS.

With an ageing, increasingly complex patient population and ever-tightening budgets putting immense pressure on the NHS, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] stands tall as an example of excellence and efficiency. Our healthcare at scale philosophy and careful financial management have helped us not only to remain solvent and successful when so many General Practices and even other Federations are struggling, but to grow and thrive, helping the NHS to deliver more with less each and every year.

With exciting new developments on the horizon and the UK government embracing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]s community-first approach, now is the perfect time to join us in writing the next exciting chapter of our story.
