FULL DESCRIPTION

Homecharge Operations Coordinator (6m FTC)

  • Location: London (Fully remote)
  • Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 / year
  • Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time

Role Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling multiple Domestic chargepoint installations within a set region at the same time
  • Quoting for any additional works which may fall outside of our 'standard installation' package
  • Managing the phone lines for any Domestic Operations enquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Point Field Team, ensuring installations within your region are maximised and travel times minimised

Required Skills & Experience

  • Able to remain calm under pressure and make super quick decisions to solve any problems
  • Technically minded and able to pick up electrical jargon and systems easily
  • Great at building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data
  • EV experience highly beneficial
