Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Claude-powered automations delivering measurable time and cost savings
Develop multi-step workflows integrating Claude with existing systems
Design and implement agent-based architectures
Build reusable prompt templates and automation patterns
Evaluate and implement automation platforms (e.g. Make, n8n)
Document all automations
Monitor and iterate on automation performance
Identify and prioritise manual processes for automation
Design and deliver structured training programmes
Create formal training materials and provide one-to-one coaching
Build self-serve templates and resources
Track and report on team adoption metrics
Develop and refine prompting strategies
Establish best practices for prompt engineering
Build and maintain a library of high-performance prompts
Troubleshoot prompt performance issues
Contribute to AI adoption roadmap and strategic priorities
Research and evaluate new AI tools
Identify opportunities for AI competitive advantage
Work cross-functionally with all departments

Requirements

Demonstrable deep expertise with Claude across Chat, Cowork, and Code
Proven track record of using AI to automate business processes
Strong prompt engineering skills
Experience designing agent-based workflows
Experience training non-technical team members
Comfortable with light coding (APIs, JSON, Python/JavaScript)
Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Natural problem-solving mindset
Strong written and spoken English
Ability to communicate technical concepts
Self-directed working style
Naturally curious and continuous improvement mindset

Desirable (But Not Essential)

Experience with Make, n8n, Zapier
Familiarity with other AI platforms (OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity)
Experience with Shopify
Familiarity with NetSuite
Experience with iPaaS or middleware
Understanding of e-commerce operations
Experience in D2C or multi-brand retail
Familiarity with MCP
Experience building Claude Projects or custom skills
