What We're Looking For
As a Talent Partner, you'll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to support hiring across key areas of the business. You'll bring a thoughtful and structured approach to how we attract and assess talent, while owning delivery end-to-end and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout. You'll play an important role in maintaining a high hiring bar at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] - helping us bring in people who not only have the skills to succeed, but who align with our values and mission.
How You'll Make an Impact
Hiring & Business Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support effective hiring plans
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the UK/EU
- Provide guidance on role scope, candidate profiles, and market insights
- Support alignment on “what good looks like” for each role
- Balance pace and quality to deliver strong hiring outcomes
Structured & Fair Hiring
- Deliver a consistent, structured, and fair hiring process
- Support interview planning, including scorecards and interview kits aligned to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] behaviours
- Use data and assessment tools to support objective decision-making
- Contribute to improving how we assess talent and reduce bias
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Deliver a thoughtful, human, and engaging candidate experience
- Act as a brand ambassador-bringing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s mission and culture to life
- Ensure clear, timely communication with candidates at every stage
- Support employer branding efforts in partnership with People and Marketing
Data & Continuous Improvement
- Track and use hiring data (pipeline health, time to hire, etc.) to inform your work
- Contribute to hiring updates and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience
- Support connection between hiring, onboarding, and early success
Process & Collaboration
- Ensure a smooth hiring process from attraction through offer
- Partner with People Ops and Hiring Managers to support onboarding
- Contribute to internal mobility and promotion processes

Requirements
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience managing roles end-to-end in a fast-paced or scaling environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with structured interviewing or willingness to learn
- A thoughtful, candidate-first approach to hiring
