Growth Marketing Director
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Growth Marketing Director to lead demand generation and revenue growth. Based in London (Hybrid).
About the Role
The Growth Marketing Director is responsible for driving qualified pipeline and supporting B2B revenue objectives at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This role leads the strategy and execution of demand generation, integrated campaigns, brand activation and channel performance to deliver measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own qualified lead and pipeline generation targets across private and public sector segments.
- Drive new business acquisition through integrated, multi-channel demand programmes.
- Lead public sector go-to-market activity.
- Build scalable client growth initiatives for SaaS revenue expansion.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing with account strategy.
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning aligned to revenue objectives.
- Own marketing forecasting, channel mix strategy, budget allocation and ROI measurement.
- Establish clear KPIs across acquisition, SaaS expansion and benefit penetration.
- Lead brand-led campaigns to strengthen category positioning.
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing Growth Marketing function.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B growth, demand generation or performance marketing leadership, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrable track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth at scale.
- Experience operating across both new business acquisition and client expansion strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations.
- Deep understanding of digital acquisition channels, marketing automation and analytics.
- Experience marketing into complex buying environments, ideally including public sector procurement.
- Strong leadership capability with experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
