About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a vibrant sixth form college in Winchester rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. The successful candidate will work alongside four other caseworkers to provide ongoing support to students with highly complex needs. Duties include: casework, transition planning, exam access arrangements assessments, risk assessments, and liaising with other professionals. Study Support Caseworkers work 39 weeks per year (term time plus a week), hours 8:30 – 16:45 with a 50-minute lunch. Full-time and part-time positions available; part-time minimum two days per week. Experience with students with social, emotional and mental health needs is essential. Prior experience with multi-disciplinary teams and crisis support is desirable. Empathy and rapport with young people are key.
