[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a vibrant sixth form college in Winchester which is rated by Ofsted as ‘Outstanding’. We have a large team of committed and talented staff who are at the heart of the success of the College.

Our Study Support staff provide advice, guidance and support to students with additional learning needs in the College both in class and in the department. The role involves note-taking for students (both discreet and alongside), support on a 1:1 basis in accordance with their current support plan and examination duties including reading, scribing and invigilation.

Experience of working with students in a post-16 setting with learning differences and/or disabilities is desirable but not essential. Additionally, you must be physically fit to undertake manual handling and to provide personal care to students with disabilities (with training if required).

Most important is empathy with young people and a genuine desire to help them reach their potential.
