MASH Social Worker

Job Summary
The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub is our 'front door' to children's social care and receives all safeguarding referrals for children in Oxfordshire. With the help of our partner agencies, we quickly identify risks to vulnerable children and provide a safe and timely response to decide the most effective interventions.
Main Duties
- Use your knowledge, passion, and experience to be the first point of contact for children, young people, and their families.
- Proactively triage calls, collate and assess partner information, making recommendations to achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide support and interventions to vulnerable adults, children and families to address safeguarding concerns.
- Be responsible for newly referred cases until they are closed/sign posted to the relevant service.
About You
- Always learning, with three years post qualifying Social Worker experience working across multi-agencies, and a passion to grow and develop your skills.
- Kind and caring, providing a proactive personalised approach, good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Advocating for equality and integrity in all you do.
- Willing to take responsibility and contribute to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s vision.
- Driven to do things differently to embark on a journey of continuous improvement.
