Polestar Brand Ambassador

About the Role

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group are now recruiting a Polestar Brand Ambassador for the Polestar Space in Solihull. As a Polestar Specialist, you will work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. You will make sure that visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda
• Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions
• Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and services that Polestar offers
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
• Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process
• Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviours

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a progressive, client-oriented customer environment
• Experience in branded experiences, drama, public speaking, teaching, sales, customer experience, hospitality, events or customer care will be positively considered
• Valid driving license and acceptable safe driving record
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time | Salary: Up to £25,000 per year | Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week | Schedule: 8 hour shift | Work Location: In person
