Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the progress of vehicles through the preparation process, ensuring quality control standards are met.
  • Photograph Vehicles once prepared for sale.
  • Identify and resolve issues during vehicle preparation while keeping all relevant teams informed.
  • Conduct inspections of vehicles, maintaining strict quality control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all vehicles processed within the dealership.
  • Manage the movement and processing of vehicles throughout the dealership journey.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all team members.

  • Passionate about helping others and working as part of a team.
  • Highly efficient and able to work to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
