Healthcare Assistant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for a private pharmacy at Heathrow Airport. This is a full-time, on-site role with fixed shifts (5:30am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-10:00pm). Key responsibilities include delivering safe pharmacy services, ensuring GPhC compliance, managing stock, and providing excellent customer service.
The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant at Heathrow, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient and effective pharmacy services while maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times. You will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager, Health Care Assistants and the Relay Lagardere management team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing safe, accurate and efficient private pharmacy services
- Ensuring compliance with GPhC standards, legislation, and company policies
- Taking responsibility for your own professional development
- Supporting and coaching the pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and identifying risks to patient safety
- Managing stock effectively to meet demand and reduce waste
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally and confidently
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times
- Supporting staff wellbeing and contributing to a positive team culture

This is not a typical pharmacy role. You will work with a wide range of customers from across the world, in an environment that is fast paced, structured, and professionally run.
Shifts Available
Early shift: 5.30am to 1.30pm
Late shift: 1.30pm to 10.00pm
Both shifts operate across Monday to Sunday.
