Non-Pharmacist Manager

  • Location: Chesterfield, S41 9JT
  • Salary: Up to £15.31 per hour (dependant on qualification)
  • Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
  • Hours: 40
  • Type of Role: Permanent

About the Role

  • To manage all aspects of the pharmacy including staff and the services offered.
  • To provide a courteous, confidential and professional service to all pharmacy customers.
  • To delegate tasks appropriately to ensure the efficient running of the pharmacy.
  • To ensure there is an appropriate skill-mix of staff always working within the pharmacy.
  • To ensure all legal, ethical and contractual obligations are met.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in community pharmacy
  • At least Level 2 Dispensing Assistant training
  • A strong commitment to patient care and community values.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A team player who is dependable, professional, and supportive of colleagues.
