Bank Chef

Main duties of the job

  • Menu planning - collaborating with the home manager and residents to develop menu ideas.
  • Understanding dietary needs - meeting residents' specific nutritional needs including modified food textures and allergies.
  • Kitchen management - responsible for day-to-day stock management and hygiene standards.
