Domestic Assistant (Speyside)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is seeking a Domestic Assistant for their Speyside Care Home in Aberlour. This part-time permanent role (19 hours per week) offers £12.21 per hour and involves maintaining cleanliness across the care home.

The Role

Responsible for cleaning all areas of the care home in accordance with cleaning schedules.
Vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning communal areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and specialist rooms.
Dusting, polishing furniture, cleaning windows, sanitizing surfaces, and refreshing rooms before new residents arrive.
Emptying bins, cleaning vases, moving furniture for thorough cleaning, managing cleaning supplies, and reporting faulty equipment.
Adherence to Health and Safety and Infection Control policies is essential, along with completing records and attending mandatory training and staff meetings.
