About the Role

We are looking for a Relief Care Assistant who is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.
• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower our residents to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
• Promote the health and wellbeing of residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs are met inclusively.
• Facilitate social, educational, and recreational activities such as visits with family and friends, walks, and other activities of their choice.
• Ensure the health and safety of all individuals in your care, maintain stock and equipment, and adhere to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] policies and procedures.
