Schedule: Days and Nights (rotational, includes weekends)
Hourly Rate: £22.00 - £24.00

About the Role
We are looking for Registered Nurses dedicated to making every moment count. Suitable applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). As a Registered Nurse you will use your knowledge and professional judgement to ensure our residents' health and wellbeing needs are met. You will work closely with the Care Home Manager and staff team to provide the highest level of person-centred care. This role requires excellent clinical skills and a passion for improving the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, treating them with respect and dignity.
- Provide quality, evidence-based nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; administer medications; assist with NHS and GP visits.
- Support care home staff, help with mealtimes, and act as Shift Leader when needed.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, liaise with medical and non-medical staff, conduct physiological assessments, and provide palliative care support.
- Manage nursing equipment, conduct training, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
