Care Assistant - Speyside Care Home
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join their team at Speyside Care Home in Aberlour. This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position with rotational day and night shifts. The hourly rate is £13.00 - £14.00. Please note: sponsorship is not available for this role.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection, and promoting their independence. You will provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents to achieve their personal goals. You will promote health and wellbeing, ensuring physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs are met. This includes facilitating social, educational, and recreational activities. You will also ensure health and safety, maintain stock and equipment, and adhere to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] policies and procedures.
