Job Description

We are looking for Care Assistants who are dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. As a Care Assistant, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of our team.

The Role

  • Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.
  • Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents to achieve their personal goals and aspirations. Respect each individual’s uniqueness and support them in making informed choices.
  • Promote the health and wellbeing of residents, ensuring physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs are met inclusively. Facilitate social, educational, and recreational activities.
