About the Role

We are looking for Care Assistants who are dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. As a Care Assistant, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of our team. Be part of our dedicated care team based in our Lynemore Care Home located in Grantown-on-Spey.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.
• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
• Promote health and wellbeing, ensuring physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs are met inclusively, including facilitating social, educational, and recreational activities.
