About the Role
The role will provide administrative support to the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Team (MCA DoLS). The DoLS Team ensures the Mental Capacity Act 2005 is implemented correctly. Administrators manage processes, send documents within timeframes, handle inquiries from the public and care homes, and link with the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] legal team where Court challenges are in place.
About You
The ideal candidate will be familiar with databases, ideally Liquid Logic systems and Office databases and spreadsheets. You need to be a quick learner, methodical, able to work under pressure, and handle calls and emails from the public and care home staff.
- Familiarity with databases and spreadsheets

- Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
