The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on individual to join our Video & Electronics team in Greenford London!

Through our comprehensive office-based training program, you will develop the specialised skills needed to service, repair, and calibrate industry-leading cameras and electronic accessories. This is a unique entry point into the fast-paced world of film pre-production.

What you’ll do:

  • Observe and learn a wide range of electronic engineering processes under the guidance of expert colleagues.
  • Progress toward independently servicing and refurbishing proprietary equipment and accessories.
  • Construct or modify electronic equipment from technical drawings and verbal instructions.
  • Utilise internal systems to track repairs, manage resources, and ensure data accuracy for annual stock takes.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients to provide technical problem-solving and support.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workshop and uphold strict Health & Safety standards at all times.

What you’ll bring:

  • A natural interest in how things work and a desire to build a career in electronic engineering.
  • The ability to remain calm and logical under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear verbal and written communication for collaborating with colleagues and assisting clients.
  • Comfortable using software systems to manage workflows and technical data.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of electronics would be an advantage.
