The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join our Shipping and Receiving team in Greenford, London!

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) in our warehouse, requiring flexibility for a weekly shift rotation of early (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and late (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM) shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

As a Shipping and Receiving Technician, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks related to testing, repairing, and shipping film equipment.

  • Carefully inspecting our equipment to identify any issues or damage.
  • Using your troubleshooting skills, you will recommend the best course of action to repair our equipment.
  • Documenting any damage to equipment and follow the company's procedures for maintaining equipment cleanliness.
  • Utilising our bar code system to accurately label and present our equipment, ensuring that everything is moved with safety and efficiency.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Outstanding commitment to customer service orientation, going the extra mile for both internal and external customers, and exhibiting great initiative on all client or equipment related issues.
  • Solid track record of adapting to changing situations and priorities seamlessly.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, within tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Outstanding follow-through and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workload and remain organised at all times.
  • You will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, able to build and maintain effective team relationships.
  • Strong understanding and appreciation for the rental process and your role in it, working effectively with supporting departments to meet customer needs as well as within your own department.
  • Highly accountability, with the ability to hold others accountable.
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
