The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Rental Administrator to join our team in Greenford, London on a 12-month fixed term contract.
In this role, you'll support our Account Executives with our diverse clientele, including renowned filmmakers, production companies, and industry professionals. The Rental Administrator helps to provide seamless support to Production and crew, providing quotes and coordinating practical requirements such as availability and logistics.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to in person, phone, email or other enquiries in a timely fashion with excellent attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with all levels of clients, maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Liaise with Operations, Scheduling and Technical Departments to ensure a smooth flow of equipment for efficiently fulfilling customer orders.
- Fulfil equipment rental orders using our bespoke software systems, maintaining accurate information during the life cycle of each order.
- Support Account Executives with job entry and administrative updates.
- Obtain purchase orders and provide accurate billing instructions.
- Negotiating pricing and providing exceptional customer service.
- Updating our CRM with sales lead information.
- Assisting with equipment sub-hire requirements via third parties.
- Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and equipment.
