The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building talent pipelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for an ambitious and proactive Internal Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across the business.

The Role

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across a range of functions including operations, sales, customer support, technology, and commercial roles.

You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer stage
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and team needs
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communication
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment data and ATS records accurately
  • Support onboarding and hiring administration where required
  • Work with external agencies when needed while helping reduce agency reliance over time
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment process improvements

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
  • Proactive, driven, and solutions-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for tech, proptech, fintech, financial services, sales, or operations roles
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • Financial services or mortgage industry recruitment experience preferred
  • Exposure to recruitment reporting and hiring analytics
  • Experience supporting UK-based hiring
