We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager for our Dartford clinic, where we use the latest state of the art equipment to provide Laser eye, Lens replacement and cataract consultations and Laser eye surgery procedures, and post op appointments. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinic and Surgery managers gaining experience in clinical and commercial aspects of our business, whilst also providing support to manage a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-clinic and telemed consultations, discussing life changing benefits of LVC or IOL surgery
  • Ensure the practice is presentable and maintained to the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness which showcase the professional image of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
  • Help recruit, induct, coach and support your team to ensure all team members meet acceptable levels of knowledge and competence
  • Ensure the team influences and advises potential patients on the most suitable and appropriate solution for their needs
