Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports to regulatory bodies to comply with Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS 5) regulations.
- Analyze financial data and trends to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with current regulations.
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to review processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external regulators and auditors, ensuring open lines of communication and timely exchange of information.
- Provide training and support to other team members on regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
Key Skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, particularly Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS 5).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.
