About the Role

I’m currently working with a fast-growing tech-driven organisation looking to hire a Development Team Lead to join their expanding engineering function. This is a great opportunity for someone who still enjoys being close to the code, but wants to step into a role with real ownership across delivery, team leadership, and technical direction.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading day-to-day development activities and ensuring high-quality delivery
• Acting as the bridge between engineering teams and stakeholders
• Contributing to architecture decisions and technical strategy
• Mentoring developers and supporting their growth
• Driving best practices across code quality, testing, and deployment

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Team Lead
• Strong hands-on background across modern tech stacks
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
